Free audit
LEGAL/Privacy policy

Privacy policy.

Last updated 15 September 2026. This policy covers the PXLD MEDIA website and the free audit form.

Who we are

PXLD MEDIA LTD ("PXLD MEDIA", "we") is an event marketing agency. You can reach us at info@pxldmedia.com. Registered address: [REGISTERED ADDRESS].

What we collect

  • Audit form: your name, email address, brand or venue, role, monthly ad budget, next event timing, ticketing platforms and anything you write in the message box. We use this to prepare your audit and reply to you.
  • Usage data: with your consent, the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics record pages you view, the device and browser you use, your approximate location and whether you submit the form. We use this to measure our own advertising and improve the site.
  • Server logs: our hosting provider (GitHub Pages) records IP addresses and request details to serve and secure the site.

Cookies and tracking

The Meta Pixel and Google Analytics only load after you click Accept on the cookie banner. If you decline, no advertising or analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser, which shows the banner again. Meta and Google act as independent controllers for the data their tools collect; see Meta's privacy policy and Google's privacy policy.

How we use your information

  • To prepare and send the audit you requested and to follow up about it.
  • To measure and improve our advertising, with your consent.
  • To keep the site secure.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers below.

Who we share it with

  • FormSubmit delivers form submissions to our inbox.
  • Google Fonts, GitHub Pages serve the site itself.
  • Meta and Google, only if you accept tracking.

How long we keep it

Audit requests are kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up, then deleted. Analytics data is retained by Meta and Google under their own policies.

Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing info@pxldmedia.com. If you are in the UK or EU you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority (in the UK, the ICO). If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what we collect and to request deletion; we do not sell personal information.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at anyone under 18.
